Are you UK based?
Yes. All of our highly trained Virtual Clinic PAs are located in the UK and sit in one of our dedicated UK offices.
How do you answer my calls?
We answer calls in your Practice name as if we were your own clinic receptionist. This is entirely bespoke to your company and you can tailor the way we answer your calls. Think of our Virtual Clinic PAs as an extension of your own in house team.
What diary management software do you use?
We pride ourselves on being the most flexible provider of Clinic Call Answering Services. We adapt to your requirements and will use whatever software you’d like to use to manage your diary including but not limited to: Cliniko, PPS, Outlook Calendar and Google calendar.
How do you calculate my monthly bill?
Your Clinic Call Answering or Diary Management plan has a certain number of inclusive minutes. Once you’ve used all your minutes you’ll pay a per minute rate for any additional minutes you use.
How quickly can the service be set up?
Your service can be set up in minutes. As soon as you sign up for the Clinic Call Answering or Diary Management service we will call you to discuss your requirements and to take all the information that we need to handle your calls correctly. You will then receive an email confirming that the service is available for use and advising you of your new telephone number. You can either divert calls to this number or you can give it out to people directly and advertise it on your website, business cards etc.
Can I get a local phone number for any location in the UK?
Yes, you can select any UK area code.
Can I have my calls forwarded?
Yes. If you’d prefer us to forward certain calls directly to you or a member of staff just let us know and we will configure your Clinic Call Answering service according to your requirements.
What happens out of hours?
You can either sign up for our out of hours service or just use our standard service which already includes a free voicemail to email service for out of hours calls.
