Your opening hours may need to be extended due to demand, because the type of treatment or the time patients call.

Over the years we have seen the demand for clinic opening hours change and therefore we had to be flexible and have our different services available to suit your practice needs and also your patients.

Simply put, your Clinic Answer PAs are available when you need them. You have the following options to choose from:

  • Weekdays : Monday to Friday 08:30hrs to 18:00hrs
  • Saturdays : 09:00hrs to 16:00hrs
  • 24/7/365 : All other times

Many practices choose our weekday and Saturday services but there are specific clinics which do need 24/7/365 (even just for specific times of the year). It's your choice and we will support your differing requirements each month without hesitation.

With many Years of experience (we started in 2003!) your Clinic Answer PAs are very knowledgable in practice processes, appointment booking and how patients can be when they are needing to be seen by you "immediately" or at specific times and dates etc..

It is important we know how you work and how you want your service run when we answer your calls.
